I had just arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. After a long day of travel and wandering around the bustling Bùi Viện Street, hunger struck around midnight. While many places were already closed or winding down, Pho Mong was still open, lively, and filled with both locals and night owls. It was as if this place was waiting just for me to experience my first authentic Vietnamese phở.
