Ca Feve Coffee and Eatery Phnom Penh: A Trendy Cafe Review
Why You Should Visit Ca Feve Coffee in Phnom Penh
Ca Feve Coffee and Eatery I have not visited there yet. But the moment I stumbled across it on TikTok, it went straight to the top of my list. There is something about this café that just looks so right. The aesthetic, the drinks, the whole vibe. I needed to write about it before I even step through the door.

What Is Cā Feve Coffee and Eatery?
Cā Feve Coffee and Eatery is a café located in the Tuol Tom Poung area of Phnom Penh. It is the kind of place that looks almost too good to be real. Clean interiors, carefully crafted drinks, and an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and photogenic. It is exactly what you want from a café in this city.

The café serves coffee, iced drinks, and light food. From what I have seen online, the iced salted coffee seems to be a crowd favourite. In addition, the matcha options look absolutely beautiful. Everything is presented with a level of care that you can tell even through a phone screen.
Phnom Penh has no shortage of great cafés. However, Cā Feve stands out because it manages to feel local and elevated at the same time. It is not trying too hard. It just looks genuinely good.
How I Found It on TikTok
I was scrolling through TikTok one evening when a video of Cā Feve stopped me mid scroll. You know that feeling when a place just catches your eye and you cannot move on? That was exactly what happened. The lighting, the drinks on the table, the quiet and comfortable setting. I saved the video immediately.
I was super excited when I first stumbled upon Ca Feve Coffee on my TikTok feed.

TikTok has honestly become one of my favourite ways to discover hidden gems in Phnom Penh. So many great local spots get shared there before they appear anywhere else. Cā Feve is a perfect example of that. It is the kind of place that spreads through word of mouth and short videos rather than big advertising.
Overall, Ca Feve Coffee lived up to all the social media hype and is a great spot to relax.
Why I Want to Visit Cā Feve
There are a few things that make Cā Feve stand out to me personally. First, the location in Tuol Tom Poung is one of my favourite parts of the city. It is walkable, full of character, and always has something interesting going on. A café visit there feels like a proper outing.
Second, the drinks menu looks like the kind I would actually enjoy. I am not someone who just wants a plain iced coffee. I like when a café puts thought into its menu. From the reviews I have read, Cā Feve seems to do exactly that. Furthermore, the food options look light and well done, which is perfect for a long café sit.
Third and honestly most importantly, it just looks like a place where you can breathe. Not too loud. Not too crowded. Just a good space to slow down, open your laptop, or catch up with a friend. That is what I am always looking for in a café in Phnom Penh.
What to Expect When You Visit
Based on everything I have seen and read, here is what you can expect from Cā Feve Coffee and Eatery. The café is open until 10PM, which makes it a great option for an evening visit. The space has a clean and modern feel. Prices appear to be reasonable for Phnom Penh standards.
The iced salted coffee and matcha drinks are the ones to try first. As a result, if you are not sure what to order, start there. The food menu has lighter options that work well as a snack alongside your drink.
Cā Feve is located in the Tuol Tom Poung neighbourhood, which is also home to the famous Russian Market. If you are already in that part of the city, it is an easy and very worthwhile stop.
